The inherent defects insurance policy covers structural defects that may appear in a building for ten years, and is required for private residential buildings under the applicable regulations before the completion certificate is issued. We handle the process on the owner's behalf from the start of the project, because the policy needs technical inspection during execution, not after it.

What is inherent defects insurance?

It is required for private residential buildings under the applicable regulations before the building completion certificate is issued. We handle the coordination with the insurer and the technical inspection office on the owner's behalf until the policy is issued.
Do you take private projects such as villas?
Yes. We deliver private contracts covering the concrete structure, blockwork, building services and finishing for villas and residential buildings.
Do you work with government entities?
Yes. We have delivered seven government projects as main contractor, for entities including the General Administration of Education and the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification, alongside 27 residential buildings and villas for private clients.
