Economy
Practical, cost-effective materials: standard-size ceramic or porcelain, regular paint, simple ceilings and good-quality sanitary fittings. Suited to investment and rental buildings.
Mid-range
Large-format porcelain, gypsum-board ceilings with simple designs and concealed lighting, better paint and sanitary fittings. The most requested option for residential villas.
Premium
Marble floors and cladding, custom ceilings with track lighting, high-spec doors and windows, and fully fitted washrooms. Suited to private villas, reception halls, hotels and head offices.
The right order of finishing works
- Electrical, plumbing and HVAC runs in walls and ceilings.
- Internal and external plastering and insulation.
- Suspended and gypsum-board ceilings.
- Floors and cladding.
- Paint coats.
- Lighting, sanitary fittings and doors.
- Cleaning and handover.
Following this order avoids breaking finished work, such as opening a gypsum ceiling to add a forgotten run.
Office and head-office fit-outs
Offices have different needs: open workspaces, meeting rooms, linear lighting suited to work, and sometimes exposed ceilings that show the ductwork by design. We have delivered head-office fit-outs with these elements.
